As a traditional healing practice, gong baths make use of the vibrations of sound and frequency emitted from a gong. Gong, is a cylindrically-shaped hanging percussion instrument that originated in SouthEast Asia. The sound is considered as one of the most transformational and therapeutic sounds in existence, to help reduce anxiety, stress and release repressed emotions.

"Gong bath" literally means to soak yourself into the sound waves of the gong. To practice gong baths, we usually wear comfortable and loose clothing, sit on a yoga mat in an open and relaxing space. When the sound bath begins, the soothing sound will effortlessly lull your mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalize your body and help to release tension. The idea of that is to provide an energetic cleanse through the vibrations of the gong and disconnect yourself from the superficial world and all the troubles associated with it.
