I have health problems. Can I use your products?

If you suffer from any health problems, be sure to contact your doctor before using a product. Confirm with your doctor that the product ingredients will not have a negative effect on your condition.

Are the supplements you sell really safe?

Yes. Without exception all the products are of the highest quality and manufactured in accordance with GMP standards. Recommendations regarding their safety have been thoroughly described on each product page and are clearly visible on the labels. The basic condition for maintaining safety is using the product strictly in accordance with the indications and contraindications provided in the descriptions and on the labels.

How long does it take you to fulfil an order?

Items are shipped within 48 hours of placing an order. The parcel is delivered to customer within 3 to 14 days depending on the chosen method of shipment. The delivery time of a parcel depends on the efficiency of a postal operator.

What is the shipping cost of the ordered items?

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing a link to the website where you can track the status of your order.

Are you certain that other people will not know what is inside the parcel?

Parcels are packed so that their contents could only be known to the final recipient. Forwarder, courier, postman or any other person will not find out what is inside.

Is it possible to pay for a purchase in installments?

Such an option is not available and we are not planning to introduce it.

Do you ship items abroad?

Yes. We fulfill orders from all over Europe.

Are there any discounts for larger purchases?

Yes. All customers who purchase more than one piece of any product will receive a very favorable discount. The discount depends on the quantity of purchased items – the type of product does not matter.

You can buy a few packages of the same product or buy completely different products. The decisive factor is the number of items in your shopping cart. The more you buy, the higher discount you will receive:

How do you ensure the security of transactions?

Will you directly charge my bank account or credit card?

Absolutely not. We have never directly charged our customers’ bank accounts or credit cards and have no intention of doing so. Our customers pay only for the items they have ordered. Customers themselves make payments through the payment channels available by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Do you offer a warranty for sold products?

A client has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 days from order date. The condition of the guarantee is that a product is returned intact (originally packaged) with a written request for a refund of paid funds.
